Larnaca Fort - Larnaca Medieval Museum
The Larnaca Fort stands at the south end of 'Phoinikoudes' corniche and was built around 14th century during the reign of James I. Erected in the shape of a square tower it was rebuilt during the Ottoman rule. During the British era, it was used as a prison. The upper floor of the fort contains a small medieval museum and its courtyard is sometimes used for cultural events.

Larnaca District Archaeological Museum - Lárnaka Eparkhiakó Mouseío
This museum exhibits artefacts and remains from Neolithic settlements of Choirokitia and Tenta, when Larnaca was known as Kition to the Roman Era. The artefacts include sculptures, pottery and vase collections and some glass and clay ornaments from Roman times. The museum is linked with the Aphrodite Cultural Route.

Larnaca - Municipal Museum of Natural History
This is a small but interesting museum that is dedicated to the flora and fauna of Larnaca. All kinds of local reptiles, insects, birds, animals, fossils and rock formations are displayed here. One must visit the collection of insects of Cyprus as well as collection of the endemic plants of the island.

Pierides Foundation Archaeological Museum
A private museum, it contains findings and work of art from all over Cyprus. Collections ranging from prehistoric times, Roman Era, Byzantine empires and Middle Ages are displayed here. Run privately by the Pierides family it is the oldest private museum in Cyprus.

Byzantine Museum of Agios Lazaros Church
Constructed next to the 10th century built Agios Lazaros Church, it exhibits some important religious icons, artefacts and relics. It is actually resides in the porch that is located to the south of the church.

Pierides - Tornaritis Palaeontology Museum
This museum is located in the Customs Warehouse, Europe square. Built in a typical colonial style, the museum displays a unique collection of fossils of over 500 million years. Among the local exhibits include bones from pygmy elephants and hippopotami, which died around 10,000 B.C.

Lefkara village: Museum of Traditional Embroidery & Silver-Smithing
The Museum of Traditional Embroidery & Silver-Smithing is located in the village of Lefkara, which is about 25 miles from Larnaca. The Museum is housed in the House of Patsalos, which is built entirely white limestone. On the upper floor is displayed a large collection of old Lefkara embroidery, traditional costumes, jewellery and silverwork for which the village is known.
