Larnaca has Larnaca International Airport (LCA), which is the larger of the country's two commercial airports. Buses:
City buses offer service from the port to city centre and sea front. Tourist buses carry around 100 people. Some public buses run from Makariou Avenue and sea front to different beaches and tourist locations. Some companies organize transfers and trips in all over Cyprus and also provide service for departures / arrivals from the airport/hotel and excursions.
Shared Taxi:
Shared taxi services run from 6 or 7 in the morning. Those taxis can be reserved for anywhere pick up and drop off within city limits. Taxi drivers can ask for extra fare on Sundays and holidays. Taxi fare is charged by meter but some drivers will refuse to use meter and also there are night surcharges after midnight.

Car:
In Cyprus, car hire is the easiest way to get around and enjoy the beauty of island. Though it is the most expensive mean of transport, tourists can explore island as per their taste. Following British Commonwealth practice, Cypriots drive on the left side of the road but the driving standards are little poor. Car rental companies offer car hire on competitive prices.
Foot:
Larnaca is not a big town. It is like a thin ribbon so you can walk around the most part of the city. The sea front is really a pleasant place for a stroll in the evening.
